Student Project - MMR vaccine

Hi there!

I'm a third year Human Biology student at Loughborough University (England). For my third year project I'm doing a study on whether socioeconomic status affects the uptake of, or views on, the MMR jab.

I need women (who live in the UK) with a child aged between 1 and a half and ten (inclusive) to fill out a short questionnaire. If anyone is happy to do that I would be very greatful. The questionnaire is at https://www-student.lboro.ac.uk/~huctre
