Stupid cold!

I'm miserable here! I don't know whether I'm looking for advice or just that whole "misery loves company" thing. At least DD hasn't caught it!

Is there any cold medicine that actually works but doesn't hurt supply? My netipot only clears it for about 10 minutes, so I've been going through that and a lot of saline spray. Is there anything else that you ladies have had success with?

I was prescribed an antibiotic...but my cold turned into a sinus infection which I'm really prone to it is miserable especially as I have sinus induced toothache too and it keeps me up at night!
