Sudden lack of Symptoms?

Up until this past Monday I had sore bbs, on/off nausea and needed to use the bathroom often (especially upon waking up in the morning/sometimes middle of the night). As of yesterday, Tuesday, they all seem to have gone away.

I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow. Has anyone experienced this?

I have experienced the exact same thing hunny and my symptoms were exactly the same as yours. I have booked myself in for a scan tomorrow to make sure everything is ok. Xxx
