Sudden pain in groin.

I'm 37+4 and have had a few really sharp pains in my groin today. They have made me stop and have taken my breath away they have been so sharp.

Any idea whether this is baby laying on a nerve or something linked to labour signs?

Sounds like it might be lightening crotch. I get that a lot at the moment.

I wondered that, can it be in your groin too as I have had it elsewhere before? X

I think so.. I don't see why not. Could be baby bumping into cervix too. I have serious pressure down there at the moment from baby pushing into my cervix which is getting really quite painful. Could be a mixture of the both?

I have it too and my nurse said it could be possible dialation. Either way, very normal!
