Sudden sharp pain in back? 35+2

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this before? I’m 35+ 2
Extremely tired today and so tried to lay and have a rest & suddenly an extremely sharp stabbing pain started in my back. I really struggled to even move it was so intense I cried. It lasted about 5 minutes. It eased enough for me to move and get some paracetamol and is now a dull ache?
No other symptoms with it, it’s left me feeling sick though as it was so intense

It could be sciatica or maybe a bit of SPD? People think it's just a pelvic issue but it can affect many areas.

could also be baby lying on a nerve
