suddenly dont seem to be able to post replies to people

I have just tried twice to reply to a thread and after hitting the button to add my reply it says "thankyou for your post you will now be directed to your post" but then the reply i have written isnt there??

I am logged on and have been ok posting this morning and earlier today??
Just baffled me slightly
