Suddenly sleepy/content 3 month old!

DS is three months as of yesterday. He's usually a happy baby as long as he's held/talked to etc. today he has been so sleepy! Not just sleepy, but even when he's awake he's fine sitting in his swing, or playing on his playmat. He will wake up and fuss a bit, but won't eat much before falling asleep..

He doesn't have a fever, and seems well when he's awake/content.. I'm just confused! Is he suddenly a content baby?! Lol
