suggestion about forum meets section?

i thought it might be best to have a minimum post limit that people must reach first or a certain length of time a membership must be held for before they can view in there?

with so many name changes happening recently it would make it a bit safer/secure as someone couldn't just sign up and see where/when everyone will be meeting iykwim?

i tend not to think things through very much so there is probably a fault in my idea somewhere but thought i'd mention it.
