Hi ladies
Just wondering what supplements people took during ivf/icsi treatment, did you start taking anything new, or stop taking anything you had previously been on?
You can see what I've been taking in my sig below, but now i'll be starting gonal f injections in a week's time and Im wondering should i just take the essentials - pregnacare preconception, extra folic acid, low dose aspirin & flaxseed tablet (for all the omegas as im veggie) and cut out everything else? Also wondering about protein supplements, again not sure i get enough protein being vegetarian.
