my DH has low sperm count and here are the supplements that I am making him take everyday

Multivitamin 1 tab
Fertility Blend 2 tabs
CoQ 10 - 100mg
Pycnogenol - 100 mg
Vitamin C - 500 mg
Vitamin D - 4000 IU
Folic Acid - 800 mg

Can anyone let me know if these are the right supplements and right doses?

My Doctor suggested that he takes 600mg / day of Co Enzyme Q10.

Which doctor suggested the dosage? Is it Gynec or Urologist or Infertility Specialist. We go to infertility specialist and she says there is no medicine to increase sperm count. All the supplements I found are through my own research.

Multivitamin with Vit C, Vit E, Selenium, Zinc
CoQ10 50mg
Pycnogenol 50mg
Flax seed oil

He definitely doesn't need all that extra vit C or D.

And for my credibility, I'm a physical therapist with a medical degree. :) I counsel my pts all the time about polypharmacy, including vitamins. Hope the supplements help both our hubbys!

It was suggested by our Infertility Specialist.
