surge on cd7?

help please!
this is my first month using opk and i am pretty confused. the strips are showing darkest at cd7 and cd8 and i have a 28 day cycle - isn't that way too early to ovulate?? i am temping too and it is all over the place - nothing textbook about it. anyone else having surges early in their cycle?

the test line on a positive will be darker than the normal control line xx

my opks look positive all thru cycle then on cd 17 i got it alot darker than control line

hi gemma - my darkest lines are on cd7 and cd8 but now they are fading - so, did i ovulate or not??? i am now on cd14 and the lines have all but disappeared. i am new to this, so if you can decifer what is going on, i would appreciate it! safe to say that this month is missed? we did bd those days, but wouldn't the line get darker if i truly ovulated? thanks!
