I have worked for the same company for 5 years. Every year we go to a conference mid July. I'll be 29 weeks when we go. I can handle the 3 hour drive one way, what I'm worried about is surviving the actual conference itself!
My main concerns:
Extremely long walking distances between my hotel room and the conference centers.
Suuuuper long days (breakfast usually begins at 7am and dinner doesnt typically end until 930pmish.)
Sitting for hours at a time.
Thankfully although im HUGE (I'm only 5'3" so not much space for baby) I've only actually gained 5 pounds. I'm in decent shape, I just get very tired as most preggos do...
Any tips or tricks on surviving my 4 day conference???

I'd honestly hun just stand as and when you need to people will understand and just try and grab a break as and when you can

That's my plan... Just to sit on the last seat in the row by the wall whenever possible.

Yea least you can move around without causing to much distraction

I find that most people see a bump and therefore let you off with doing things a bit differently. I think if you wanted to get up for a walk, put your feet up on a chair, kick your shoes off etc then nobody would bat an eye lid. Brings snacks and a water bottle in your bag and dress so that you don’t get too hot. Eat all the food and good luck, hope it isn’t too bad!
