So I live in the south and sweet tea is pretty popular here. Since i've been pregnant i've gone completely off sodas and am only wanting to drink water, apple juice, choc milk and iced tea. I completely forgot up until today that tea does contain caffeine! Eek!

Does anyone else drink iced or sweet tea? And if so how many glasses per day do you limit yourself to?

I drink decaf sweet tea:( I miss the regular so much! Maybe you can switch to decaf? If that is all you drink caffeine-wise, then I'd say two cups or so. Hopefully others will chime in, b/c I'm not so sure.

I think iced tea is ok in moderation. Maybe google how much caffine is in isweet tea, then keep with the limits. Pregnant women should not have more than 200mg of caffine a day. I know iced tea has about 40mg per serving.

I agree with Mari. Everything in moderation :)
I typically drink 1 very large mug of coffee in the morning, no coffee during the dark, and 1 cup of hot tea in the evenings and my doctor said this was fine (it was an issue in the beginning when I drank nothing but coffee all day... the thought kind of grosses me out now!).

I drink one class of tea at lunch sometimes. I think it's fine as long as you don't have anything else with caffine.

I drink as much caffeine free as I want, but once in awhile I get a regular unsweetened iced tea from McDonald's - so good- but I get it in small, and no more than 1 a day.

i wasnt able to stomach anything but water until last week. im usually a pepsiholic. the thought of the fizz and sweetness now, yuck! this last week i started craving sweet tea, yum its so good. milk makes me sick, every now and then i can have a juice. my DH tried to hand me a dr pepper being funny the other day, im not afraid to barf on him i swear. i have a few glasses a day of my sweet tea. its not a prob hun. i cut out coffee and soda, so its all the caffeine i get. i did hear with my 4th pregnancy not to drink suntea which bummed me out. i had just made some. apparently even on a very hot day it has bacteria in it that doesnt effect you when your not preggo, but with the immune system compromised for pregnancy its no good.
