Swimming and other classes in Lancs/North West

Just wondering if anyone in Lancs or North West England is taking their LOs to swimming or other classes. Any good ones around?
What age can babies start swimming classes?

These are two that I know of in the area. Some people prefer to wait till their LOs have had all their jabs but you don't have to if you don't want.
