switching from jsa to income support?

those who done this at 29 weeks pregnant, how long did it take about for your income support claim to be done? i've claimed for income support since the 4th of jan & haven't got no money whatsoever yet, rang the benefit center and there is no trace of my claim on the computers yet again after sending the forms off twice!!

I didn't have to fill any forms in. I rang them up and did it over the phone then had to go to a job centre and check it was all right then have a meeting thingy. It was all done in about 2 weeks

we did this last week and they said the money would just continue as if it was still jsa
