symptom surges?

I'm currently 5.4 weeks pregnant. I've had 3 miscarriages over the past 3 years so everything worries me. I have a question:
It seems that my hormones are surging at night, if that makes any sense. During the day, my breasts seem to lose a bit of volume (they're still bigger than b/4 I was pregnant) and don't hurt all that much. At night, however, they get fuller and hurt a lot more.

My nausea is the same. It's fairly constant but it's less severe during the day and at night it's horrible. I'm not sleeping well bc i feel so sick.

does this seem weird? it my hormones are surging at night and then settling down during the day, it doesn't seem healthy to me. What do you think?

Another thing that has me worried is that when I got my hCG checked on tuesday it was already 18,000 (i can't remember the exact number cos when he said 18 thousand I think I went into a kind of shock or something and didn't pay attention to the rest of the number LOL) I asked him is that was too high and he said no, but it's off the chart from what I've seen on the web. Last time I was pregnnat and had my hCG tested at the same time as this one, it was only 461...of course I miscarried about 2 weeks later so I shouldn't compare. but still....

thanks

Ok firstly stop checking google!! It does help occasionally but more often than not is just going to scare you!!

My symptoms ( this time and the previous 4 times) have all been more noticeable in the evening and night especially bloating and boobs. The sickness was predominantly through the evening too but that I think is because I'm on wind down time and it's just more noticeable as when busy you really do just get on with it.

If your dr isnt worried and your not having danger signs then relax, I know it's hard I know previous mc makes it harder ( I had ectopic in June) but there is nothing that you did or didn't do that can affect it at this early stage.

Most of all congrats on your bfp and hugs to you

Sx
