Symptoms after a loss?

So in the middle of December I had a natural miscarriage, only a few days after I found out I was pregnant did the bleeding start. This lasted about 7 days really heavy and stopped.

Almost a month later I had a normal period which lasted about 4 days not as heavy as my normal but tests were negative.

The past week Iv had a load of clear discharge to the point I can feel it coming out (sorry tmi!) Iv also got really sore nipples and twinges in my uterus area, sharp pain when I sneeze too! We have been bd'ing just not much then last night it was extremely painful to the point we had to stop. It was like it was going too far in!?

Any ideas what's happening? My period was due around the 18th Iv took a test and it's negative so could this be late ovulation? x

Sounds like ovulation to me but post-mc everything is up in the air really. I'd test again in a week if no AF. Sorry I don't really have any insight but I know the feeling.

I was all out of whack after my mc. My normal O symptoms changed completely. sounds to me like you are ovulating.
