symptoms , or just fear ?

hello,
lately for the past 3 days i have been feeling odd. ive been agitated, insomniac, itchy, and basically experiencing every pregnancy symptom besides the missing a period (which im not even sure if i should expect one!)
i tried calling a doctor, but just got hung up on, which was embarrassing. took a test (at the same doctors) but was told it was too early. took another one today but with a faint line, but im unsure if its evap, paranoia, or real.
i cant even sit in a comfortable position on my bed. sleeping is next to impossible. i want pasta. i want to cry. i feel sick to my stomach. my hips hurt. most importantly, no sleep because my arm pits are itching! now i probably even have a rash, the skin there is so bad. to make things worse i have stiletto nails rn
this has been my life for a quick minute... has anyone experienced this? is this normal, should i be expecting?

I feel your paranoia. Do ypu have a photo of the test with a faint line? I'm in the same boat bit i haven't managed to get a test yet.
