T minus 6 days!

my induction is scheduled for Wednesday 10/2 because I’m showing all of my normal preeclampsia signs :/ it’s actually farther out that I thought he’d let me go so I’m happy with it!

However I’m getting my membranes stripped Monday at 39 weeks!! And dr also said baby’s head is about 1/2” from putting me at 3cm! I’ve never been passed 1cm unless I was in labor and on Monday (3 days ago) baby was still pretty high up so he/she is definitely moving on down now!

So wondering when it’ll be!!! Honestly really wasn’t to make it to next week! I know.. I’m crazy!

I’m not 3 just yet! He said baby was close to making me about 3! So hoping Monday I will be at 3! Also not breaking waters til about 6 per my request to give them a chance to go on their own. Y’all labors are long so don’t want to risk infection again!

Had some contractions last night for a little more than an hour at 8-9 minutes apart lasting for about 45 seconds to 1 minute. But they eased up after drinking some water and moving around! I know they were stress contractions because of my homes ac breaking and we need a new unit!! It’s still 90-100 degrees every day here and a new unit could be anywhere between $3,000-9,000!!! And I’m having a baby in 4 or less days plus it’s weekend so a lot of places are closed! I cried for a solid hour!!
