Taking a break from TTC

Hi guys, i usually have very irregular AF with very long cycles. My last AF was in July and i suspected i was getting it again mid August as i started feeling a light cramping sensation. Now its been about 3 weeks and i still have cramping sometimes its very sharp and lasts for a few seconds, sometimes its light and lasts for a few minutes. I wake up everyday thinking today is the day AF will come and nothing. From my previous months i would just go a month or two sometimes three w/o even noticing, ie, no cramps no pms nothing. however, for two days now i noticed my nipples have a stinging sensation, but just the nipple. other than that, i don't seem to have any other pregnancy like symptoms. My question is could this be a sign of preg. or is this just a normal very late AF or is it just brain playing tricks on me.

I think it's could be a sign of either, think you should take a test to see
