OH had been on hold with tax credits since 9.35 and at 11.03 they told him "sorry we can not deal with your call right now, please call back later". He went from queue place 11 to be told that! Erm ... what?! Exactly how are you supposed to "immediately" tell them of a change in circumstances that could effect your payments if you can't actually speak to them? It's ludicrous! Anybody else experienced this, is it generally the way it is or is there a better time to call?
