Il be on Mat leave from January 1st, my son is in 20 hours a week and we get roughly £25 per week towards his fees will this go if I am off work for 6 weeks? I would like to keep him in Nursery on these 2 day s

His free hours start in Easter

You are still entitled to working tax and child tax credits while on ML as still classed as employed. Tax credits stop if you have more than 39 weeks of ML - the last 13 weeks are unpaid and tax credits therefore class is these weeks as you are not employed.
My DD had after school club and that continued while I was on ML as otherwise I would never have got her back in due to the waiting lists!

I meant 6 months lol silly baby brain

Thats brilliant then thanks for the information means I might be able to stick him in extra

:)
