Goes without saying that if we don't tell companies our experiences of their products then they can't improve them... well in a moment of nappy frustration, i let one company know my experience and they responded kindly by sending me some vouchers. I'm nopt suggesting that we all complain to get vouchers, but thought i'd let those of you who don't complain about faulty products, that it can be worth it.
 
I've do this too. They need to be shown their mistakes for them to put it right so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. It's always nice to get some vouchers though :haha:
 
always a good idea, i never have luck with pampers and have had to complain twice they sent me vouchers which went on wipes lol
 
I agree with this. I own a business and I would much prefer that we were told if someone thought we provided a bad service.
