Goes without saying that if we don't tell companies our experiences of their products then they can't improve them... well in a moment of nappy frustration, i let one company know my experience and they responded kindly by sending me some vouchers. I'm nopt suggesting that we all complain to get vouchers, but thought i'd let those of you who don't complain about faulty products, that it can be worth it.
