Temperature, gagging & phlegm :'(

So, a couple of hours ago Levi did a milky spew... Ever since he has gotten a bit of a temperature and keeps gagging like he's going to spew, but doesn't and has a bit of a phlegmy throat...
He is also teething, could this be the cause?

Teething comes with all kinds of symptoms, so could well be.
Make sure he's getting plenty of fluids like water if he pukes up his milk and lots of cuddles.
To clear his throat/chest, go into ur bathroom with him, sit on the loo and fill the bath with just hot water so u steam up the room. That will break up the phlem

I think he has croup... Has turned into a very coarse cough I feel so bad, I hate having sore throats, can't imagine how he feels!!
Have a doctors appt today though.
I have a vaporiser also, so have been using that.

My boys had croup, it sounds awful but they were ok within a week
