Temping - 35.8 C to low?

hi

was just wondering if you thought that this might be to low, i'm feeling ok, just a bit cold although the house is really warm, hubby sweating saying the house it roasting. i'm not a slim lassie and usually find it warm. (i got my own insulation lol) but today i'm chilly. any suggestions? not got any signs of a cold or flu coming on... i'm on CD4. confused!

Do you temp in the mouth? Is your mouth wet enough?
Do you do some exercises?
Your temps are on the lower side. It would be great if you could push it up for ttc

There's also a possibility of hypothyroidism.

i temp first thing in the morning and yes my mouth seems fine and not to dry. i drink plenty through the day and i do regular exercises, through the day, walking dog, in the morning and evening, and also cross trainer after work. also i work on my feet all day pet grooming, so i'm kept going. but we have a coal fire as our heating and first thing the house is cold, but nice and cosy in bed...

so do you think that my temps being low might have a part to play in the whole fertility problems?

Having looked at your chart, it's just a one off low temp isn't it?
I wouldn't worry, your high temp is high enough

yeah but normally my temps are averaging 36.0c and often go down to the 35's...
i've only just started logging on FF.
