Tender breasts - Sign of baby finally coming?

Sooooo! I am 39w 3d and just today my breasts started feeling really tender and sore. Also they seem full so I guess some kind of milk preparation is happening? Also they seem to be... ahem.... perkier that usual! I haven't really got any other signs apart from my pelvic pain getting worse the last two day.

Have any ladies noticed anything similar? Just holding on to hope here that baby girl will decide to come soon!

It is probably a good sign that you will be able to produce a lot of milk My boobs got this way about a week and a half before I had DS2. (Didn't experience it at all until after DS1 was born)

I don't know if it's a sign of labor happening soon, or just an end of pregnancy thing, but I've been sore and leaking more colostrum the past few days. I'm curious whether it'll lead to anything.
