Terrible pains - good or bad?

I have terrible non-AF pains in the right side of my abdomen. I'm not due for ov for a while yet, AF is overdue with no signs of showing (pains never feel like this) and keep getting 's. Also got the sniffles and CM... this is driving me mad!!
And also burnt to a crisp after this weekend's weather... I know it's my own fault

hey sorry, didn't want to r&r either, do you know how late you are/ how many DPO you are?
I'm no expert so I don't have an answer but I might suggest that if you keep getting horrible pains maybe you should go see docs soon, just if anything to put your mind at ease xx ahh bless hope you've got some after sun!
