I was just wondering what fold is best for a 1yr old. And how often you have to change them throughout the day

When I put it on Hayden it's almost always the angel wing fold..something like that. I have step by step pics if you would like, otherwise I'm sure you could find them online I probably have to change Hayden in a prefold every 1-2hrs, more or less, he could go much longer but as soon as I notice it's wet he gets changed
