Anyone tried it? Success? Failure?
In general I've never been one for quick fixes - especially when it comes to weight loss. But I found this diet on pinterest a few weeks ago and for some reason I keep coming back to it. I'm at my pre-pregnancy weight and it is (just) a healthy weight for my height. But I would still like to lose a few more kgs. I have been trying so hard to get back into a healthy eating lifestyle but for some reason I keep falling off the wagon after a week or so. After reading other people's reviews it seems this might be the plan to kick-start me into healthier eating. I hear its hard but its only. As I'm at a healthy weight I don't expect to lose the promised 10 pounds but even 5 would make me happy.

Thoughts?
I'm planning to start on Monday so I have tomorrow to go and stock up on what I need.

I know nothing about this diet but after years of yo yo dieting I have come to realise that there are no quick fixes, our eating habits are what make us the size we are and when we go back to that, even after initial weight loss we will gain again. Try to get into a pattern of eating healthier, even if it means eating similar meals every day. E.g I swapped my morning cereal/toast with fruit salad and yoghurt and instead of a lunch sandwich, I have a salad. These small changes have equalled Weight loss yet I am not really on a 'diet' as such. Fill your plate with veggies and less carbs and eat good quality protein and before you know it you. Will have lost your extra weight! Good luck!

You are absolutely right! And these are the kinds of changes I want to make. My problem has been that I start off well and after a few days I fall off again! And although I like water for some reason I just don't drink it. So I decided I needed something intense to form the habit and then it will be easier to make the right choices. I decided to go ahead with it because the first few days is a cleanse with fruit and veggies and then I move onto chicken. I'm on day 4 now and its going well. I have found a lot more fruit that I enjoy and different ways to eat them. My water intake has increased drastically and now I don't have to make an effort to drink some. It has already become a habit to just fill my glass. I have also spent the time finding healthy meals and recipes and doing menu planning so I know what to buy when I go shopping. I've also been organising my exercise routine. I've avoided doing exercise during this week so that when I'm done it will help to maintain my weight when I start doing it again next week.
