Has anyone here had to apply for cheaper "homechoice" council housing? I've got the form and the information leaflet but I cant make head nor tail of it :s I was hoping someone here might know what band expecting couples are placed on and how likely it is we'll have our bidding number before the baby is due? I really want to have everything set up ready for the baby's arrival, and we cant afford to rent privately so I'm left with no choice but to rely on this system :/ I know that there are more than 5000 people on the housing list in my area, so the odds dont seem to be in our favour :/ Thankyou to anyone who can give me some first hand advice
