WARNING GRAPHIC CONTENT. Do not view if you aren't happy looking at naked female body's.

I came across this and thought id share as it could comfort and reassure mums and show awaiting mothers the realism -in a good way- of a woman's body after a baby. Celebrities are airbrushed and have personal trainers and nannys.

I hope this helps and doesn't offend.

It's too bad our society is so hung up on the "perfect body". We have that instilled in our heads since we were little. But after having 2 children of my own I now see what the perfect body is and that is of a Mother, no airbrushing or photo-shoped. Thank you for posting that link, it is the reality, no more hiding!

This link is a great thing, I don't see how anyone could be offended.

However (is this just me?) I can look at a picture of a woman that I know logically looks just like me in terms of stretch marks and sag etc, and think she looks fine, but when I look at my own body in the mirror I still feel hideous. I think we are harsher on ourselves than we are on other people.

I wish I was brave enough to show photos of myself like that. Maybe I should force myself to do it and see if I can get over it.
