My OH and I were all geared up to do things super well this month. Based on previous months this weekend would have been my most fertile time and guess what...on Saturday I came down with terrible stomach flu so all of our plans went out the window.

I did an OPK this morning which was negative so I'm pretty sure we've missed it. Really bummed out.

Hi Bear,

Sorry to hear you've been ill. I don't really have any advice but didn't want to read and run. But I know what you mean about worst timing ever.....

I just missed this month's ovulation too as my hubby is working away. I texted him saying "I have so much EWCM you should be here now!!!" - lol! I get bummed out too.
I was originally due to be ovulating on holiday in Maldives next week, it would've been perfect, conceptionmoon! Then my stupid cycle changed again and now I'm on my period on holiday instead! I've had to go get Norethisterone to override it so I can enjoy the hol. I just hope it doesn't throw my cycle off too much taking it.

Having to miss a cycle of trying does really get to you I know, but all we can do is look forward to the next one. Just get dreaded AF out the way with and look forward to trying next time!!

xxx

:(. I know how you feel. I'm pretty sure I O'd yesterday (well hoping anyway, even though FF says it ws 7 days ago, I don't believe it). We dtd the day before, but then it was 3 days before that that we did it... so only once in my fertile time. We would've done it today if I didn't have to leave for work at 5:30 a.m. and we were barely awake!

Think of the positives -- you have a regular cycle in which you can predict when your ovulation will be. This will make it a lot easier on you to try next cycle!

Hope you get to feeling better!

Remember it's a new month, that means another chance!
