Hiya

we had a tour of theatre the other night to try help my anxiety and it did work. wasnt as scary looking as what I thought. I also got to see recovery and got told if I want hubby can be with me when I have epidural!

I also got told if I want I can take a cd of songs in which i am conaidering but dont know what to choose! what songs have you chose for birth whatever procedure you may be going through?

Xx

we havent chosen any hoping to just have the radio on.

My sister had girls just a wanna have fun playing when her LO was born by c section.

i just have my ipod and head phones that i will be using during my c section and will just put it on random

Thanks. I want to hear the banter of the surgeons etc and when lo.cries so am gna give my earphones a miss. They have a radio in there, been told they may have fogie fm on. Lmao. I love music, it haa got me through some terrible times in life including being bullied, abusive relationship etc. Can do some wonderful things. Lol. Xx

well i will take them out to hear the baby cry, but since i will be delivering early my little man will be going to the NICU so i will have the head phones on after he gets taken there so i can relax while getting tubes tide and stitched up.

It might be a bit too hippy, but I've packed the NCT's relaxing birth music. Just chilled out, positive music (ie beach sounds etc) x x

I'm one of the moms that wants to know everything that's going on around me, so the thought of headphones makes me a little panicked. Maybe I'm weird lol

well im not having a section but will have music on whilst in labour i just want something upbeat and dancy to keep me awake as that gas and air knocked me out last time and the midwife had to keep waking me up :haha: x
