Theo or Eli?

We have two names left on our list (after OH vetoing about 500) - Theo and Eli.
We aren't sure which we prefer, so would love some opinions.
He will have the middle names Michael Stewart and a one syllable surname.

I voted Eli I completely love both names but OH point blank refused to entertain Theo as he worked for one and now is owed a lot of money from him so this kinda pushes Eli on top for me
