Theory of mind

So after doing one of these tests my 6 year old clearly struggles with this. There's been a ? Above her head about whether she's on the spectrum or not. But nobody believes she is. She does have delayed language development though of a year or so. Does this mean she's never going to have theory of mind can it still develop? I was surprised as she will often say "don't do that cause that will make him sad" etc

I read something ages ago that said theory of mind isn't very reliable and some people don't really believe it is accurate at all. If I can find the link I will post it for you.

Thank you. Willow you can Google theory of mind tests one of them is sally Ann test although that's not the one I done
