Than a natural home water birth but I'm high risk so I'm not allowed.

I had pre eclampsia in my first pregnancy so it isnt an option.

Im sat reading all the nice home birth stories on here and I'm so jealous :/

Where are you located?
Nobody can forbid you to home birth.
You body, your birth, your choice...

I was going to say the same, though I am fighting my own home birth demons too. It is your choice, you just might have to (wrongly) fight for it

As others have said if you want a hb go for it, they have to attend it's a duty of care, xx

Everyone is 'allowed' a home birth.

You can have a HB if you want.

My sister wanted a HB with her 4th but her MW talked her out of it because of previous fast deliveries and excessive bleeding.

She laboured at home till 14:30 and delivered at the hospital at 14:50.

She was fuming as it was her MW who called the ambulance.

She stayed at the hospital at 3 whole hours

If you want a HB you have one.
