They say we're not entitled?

Apparently we cannot get working tax credits but ive just entered all the same details into entitled.com and it says we are entitled to X amount.

Im quite confused. Do i ring them and query it? The letter we recieved after LO was born says they will review it in April 2010 and then back date any payments back to when LO was born.
Then underneath it says estimated amount owed April 2010...£0.

im not entitled to that credit but i get the child tax credit element perhaps you could go for that

They will only back date for 3 months as far as i am aware.

I think if you earn over 20000 PA then you dont get much in the way of tax credits but you should get child tax credit. Might be best to phone them.

My husband earns 25k (ish) and if I go back to work, over my two jobs I earn 19k. We can get £21 a week tax credits, based on those figures.

I'd ring them up and get them to work it out over the phone. I did that whilst I was waiting for mine and his guess was spot on to how much we got

Yep, thats pretty much exactly the same as us. Not confirmed yet but that was the stimate we got

Ring them hun. I tried the online calculator thingy and it said the same to me but when i rang she told me i was entiltled to get it! Its so confusing though!!
