thick mucus discharge tmi alert

Hi i am on the Nexplanon implant. For the past 5 days I have had sudden nausea off and on all day long along with fatigue. For the past 2 days now I have had this type of discharge. I do not itch or smell or burn down there what so ever. Has anyone experienced this?

I do have a suspicion I may be pregnant. I am testing today.

I'm having something similar to this, just started today. I'm wondering too, what it is. I mean, if it's anything to worry about.
