This weekend we think its going to be comfirmed that i am miscarrying again since i have started to bleed... just 9 weeks after my 11 week loss... i told my mother and she has just turned round to me and said i think your done and i just dont think its ment to happen for you anymore 😒 how heartless to say, i am 25! Ughh...

It's a very insensitive thing to say and I understand why it would upset you but perhaps it's just because your mum hates seeing you going through this. It's so hard to see your child suffering. I really am sorry for what your going through. Hugs x

She does sound heartless. I'm sorry your going threw this and I'm sure that was the last thing you wanted to hear from your mother. Maybe you could go to a specialist after this. Maybe get some test done this time around. I've heard of some places that will test miscarriage to help to see what may be causing it. Anyway I say don't give up. Your strong and young!

Oh no, so sorry to hear. It is so tough, and I do feel that sometimes people don't know what to say. I actually (at times) found family worse to talk to about our miscarriage than friends. They seem to be more comfortable saying what is on their mind as opposed to what will make you feel better, and it is hard when they are the ones you want to turn to. You have lots of time & lots of resources to help you through this journey. So sorry <3

Is this your second miscarriage?

When I have been doing my endless googling, I think I read from a fairly reliable source, that if you have two miscarriages in a row, your chance of going on to have a 3rd miscarriage are tiny.

I have only just come on this section, due to having just suffered my first miscarriage. My situation is not the same as yours, of course, no ones situation is the same. And we all handle situations differently. But I couldn't imagine in a million years giving up trying for a (or another) baby.

I guess your mum just didn't think about what she was saying, and I guess its because she doesn't like to see you go through the pain of a losss. But I can't see it as a very helpful comment to make.
