Think I've figured out the cause of my headaches.... Fabric softener??

So for the past week I've had a head ache every day. And in he same week I've started to put lenor softener in every wash. I've just done a bit of research and apparently the chemicals in softener can cause headaches!!

Going to stop using it on my clothes, I previously just used it on bedding.

Does it affect anyone else in this way too? I get headaches from certain perfumes aswell which I hate because I work in a perfume shop!! Xx

I use the gentle ones that don't really smell. But I've just got a diffuser and that is giving me a bad headache

Same!! My plug in gives me a headache if it's on too long. It's crazy what stuff can do to our bodies.

Sounds entirely possible - I know smell can trigger migraines, I've had a few that started from strong smells.

I can't even walk into the washing aisle in supermarkets without feeling ill!
