think my daughter has ODD

My daughter is almost 9 and since being 1 has been difficult in her behaviour and throwing tantrums. She has all the signs of ODD, being defiant, winding me and her step dad updeliberately breaking things in the house etc. She is a model pupil at sxhoo and very bright. I have spoken to doctor, health visitor and she was referred to cahms but they said ae wasnt bad enough. She goes through fases but the bad ones last longer. She has recently started lying and stealing money and has started saying she wants to get a knife and stab it in her heart(she went through a stage of saying stuff like this before and thats why cahms saw her). Her behaviour caused me to have a breakdown last year and my marraige is suffering. Do i go back to the doctors? Who else could i spesk yo as no one takes me seriously. We have done two patrnting coursesas thats all they say is that it is my parskills.i have worked with childrem for 21 years
