I'm 18 weeks with number 3. I haven't felt any movements really just the odd teeny pat once or twice.

I know with an anterior you don't feel them as early but my first was an anterior and I was feeling her lots by now you'd think with third baby despite anterior it would at least be similar.

We've had a lot of worry and stress this pregnancy which makes me all the more anxious :(

I hope you start feeling her / him soon hun! Every pregnancy is different, so make sure to try and keep that in mind!

Thank you yeah I know just need the reassurance I suppose. I've got a Doppler and baby seems happy so that's good at least!

Yay for a doppler! I am going to order one today! :) It must be so amazing to hear your baby's hb all the time!

I have an anterior placenta too and didn't feel mine for sure until around 19 weeks, just the odd movement before. Sometimes now she's quiet, and then others she's really wiggly. Try not to worry xxxx

I've got 2 anterior placentas (each twin has their own), never felt a thing until 21 weeks, which did worry me as at the time I didn't know it was anterior, and I thought: with 2 babies in there, how can I not feel anything? Well, they've made up for it big time, they kick and kick! But i will say that it must depend not only on the placenta, but where the baby is. One of my twin really gets his kicks through, they can be painful and really show from the outside like a volcano is exploding inside me. But the other twin which is lower down and breech, i do feel him, but he seems to be more tucked away and it seems faint compared to his brother. That could be the case for you too as I did feel twin B later, it could be similar with your 2 babies even if different gestation, I bet you will feel LO soon XXXX

This is my third and I also have an anterior placenta! I've only in the past 2 weeks or so started feeling real movements and it's not every day. Trust me, soon enough you'll be begging baby to please stop beating on your bladder so you can sleep, lol :)

I'm anterior and waiting for movement as well... still have a strong hb on the doppler, and can hear him moving a ton on it!
