This is day 21.a second line appeared this is a positive. the next day the i tested again and their was no second line.

I can't open the link either, but if you're using and OPK and there is no second line at all the the test is faulty. If the line is faint it's negative, and if it's as dark or darker than the control line then it's positive. Good luck.
