This time next week our LO will be in our arms I'm so excited section is planned for 1st June at 39 +4 and I can't wait to see what he looks like and to give him a cuddle (dh is as excited too!)

I'm still excited and can't wait to meet LO!!

You are tomorrow omg I wish you luck and don't worry the doctors know what they are doing, I have several friends who have had planned sections and they all say they wouldn't want to give birth any other way so it can't be that bad!!

ETA: yes this is my 1st section I had a long hard labour and 3rd degree tear with ds (whilst in theatre for an emcs (he came out in 1 go with a ventouse) I would much rather a planned section than another experience like my labour/birth with ds (the main reason he is 5 1/2 before LO #2 is coming along lol)

Only 2 more sleeps (it's like counting down to Christmas ) I'm getting really excited now and we think we might finally have a name picked too!!!

Hi I'm only back on b&b today for the first! So glad everything went on for you mine wasn't quite what was expected as LO decided he wanted to arrive a day early and I went into labour on 31st May!! So my scheduled section became an emergency 1 lol!! Although there was no emergency as such and all was relaxed. Apart from my cyst being back so they removed my left ovary and tube during the surgery.

We got home from hospital on Finlay's due date which was nice and he's 1 week old today and a little angel
