Well as u can tell from the title I had my lil boy born Alfie David Myers at 05:24 on the 3rd of May arrived by emergency section due to non progression and facing back to back. So here's my story on 1st of May evening started with period type cramps but didn't think anything of it and went to bed started getting contractions around 5am Thursday morning which continued until I finally went to hospital at around lunchtime got examined was 4cm dilated n lost my plug whilst she was examining me 
so they got me a room it was lovely so spacious right away got changed in to nightie and got on the gas n air within 4 hours I'd progressed to 7cm n was finding labor quite easy up to that point decided to go for some morphine which was start of the slump after another 4 hours had not progressed so midwife decided to break my waters but they didn't all go n was still some around his head managed to get fully dilated n started pushing but no such joy he wasn't coming out by this point I'd been in labor for around 21 hours with no success 
so they decided to put me on the jungle juice to help my labor as my contractions had slowed n were weakening also opted for a epidural as I was so tired from pushing two hours later had not progressed yet again so ended up going for a emergency section was so disappointed but I wanted him out n had been in 24 hours of labor I was beyond tired so he came at 05:24 couldnt believe how much he weighed whooping 8lb 10oz (midwife said 7lbs) my best mate n birthing partner held him first before showing me then I was stitched up n took to recovery where I saw my mum who had been out of her mind with worry she cried when she first held him its now day three of me being a mum i'm sore as hell but i'm loving it and am home with the parents for the week while I recover am so pleased with the staff at my hospital to say I was so worried i would end up on bathroom floor alone with paramedics. Anyway so here he is my lil boy who sent me through so much but would do again in a heartbeat
