i have posted some photos and caesarean experience on the third trimester board...but i just thought i would post here, too. here is my incision 2.5 weeks post caesarean. i was so afraid to look at photos online before hand because i have read and seen so many bad experiences/photos. i think mine looks pretty darn good. just wanted to share with any woman who is feeling particularly nervous about the incision/scar.

I think that looks fabby for 2.5 weeks after csec. well done u. at that paint i am sure mine was all minging and pussy still :winkwink:

Looks great! I've had two now and the scar has never worried me- it's s low no one sees it so I hope this picture reassures others. Fab flat tummy too! ;)

thanks, ladies. i encourage others to share photos. that was one thing that i know would have made me feel a bit more at ease about the c-section.

i think you look fantastic :happydance: your tummy looks small and toned and the scar is barely noticeable :)
a very positive advertisement for C-section recovery

awesome picture, mine is healing really well. i just had my staples taken out yesterday. but im still feeling/looking jelloish and pregnant so i won't be taking any pics yet lol

mine looks just like that only not as wide as i has massive bump and child lol , but your tummy looks amazing my skin still hangs down like a Fanny blanket !xx

Unfortunately mine is nothing like that. I was told that they would go through my 1st scar but they actually went above it and it's nearly twice as long and wonky...but hey ho, it's not like many people see down there anyway!! I was going to post a pic but can't on my iPod!

Looks great! I still looked pregnant at 2.5 weeks LOL

My scar is that neat too. Unfortunately my belly is not! Very stretch marked and saggy. But that's just what pregnancy did to me, nothing to do with the section.

You look fab! Good for you. I'll try not to be too jealous.

Lovely scar :) Mine doesnt look like that its still very purply red but that could be due to my size

OP please share your secret:winkwink:

Yours looks great!!
Mine doesn't look too bad. I was worried about how big it would be etc. But I am not ashamed of it :)

You look amazing! I've seen/read so many horror stories that I was really nervous. I was told even before to becoming pregnant, I'd likely need a c-section so I am keeping it in the back of my mind.. so early though now lol.

Did you do anything special or use any products? :)

thanks, ladies...and good luck to all with impending caesareans.

Butterfly: I did use Bio Oil during pregnancy and plan to use it again now that the incision is fully healed. I thought it helped soothe my dry skin (I was pregnant throughout winter) but I do not know if it really did anything for stretch marks or if it will do anything for scars. I like the product because it feels light on the skin, smells nice and really does moisturize.
