What are people's thoughts on Reuben? How might it be shortened or what nick name could be used?

I love this name so much, but moved house and next doors son (my son's friend) is Reuben!

They call him Rube/Rubes for short but you could also have Roo or Ben, or even Ruby

My son is Reuben, and we shorten it to Rubes or Rube but mostly we use his full name. I love his name and have had many compliments on it over the years
