Hi guys i have a confession .

I am 24 and have lost 5 and a half stone since 2013 (well make that 5 stone now) as ive gained half a stone in the last few weeks :/

I was doing ok 'not calorie counting' until i found out that i need the liver shrinking diet 2 weeks before an op (don't know date of op yet) and will be on 800 calories a day with mainly be on replacement shakes , soups, bars or milk and yoghurts :/ i felt really depressed about it...

Next thing i know im in my cupboard, door closed sitting on the hoover eating my 9 yr old cousins easter egg ... then had big johns, a magnum (white mm) and other things :/

Am i alone? has anyone else fell off the band wagon? im back on fitness pal now and keeping at 1400 a day :blush:
 
Everyone falls off the wagon occasionally; it's normal and expected. I can't lose weight unless I'm in the right place in my head. I have to be really motivated and determined. I've been waiting 5 years to lose the 40lb I gained from my first pregnancy, but only lost the first 22lb in the past year. I'm motivated to lose the rest now.
 
I usually end up taking breaks every couple of months. It has helped me stick to it over the long run!

Bumps happen, the real challenge is picking yourself back up and continuing on. Also one or two bad days won't affect you in the long run, it's actually good to have some high calorie days. :flower:

Congrats on your total loss though!
