Threads and responses not appearing?

When I post it shows a message saying my response has to be checked by a moderator before it will appear, does anyone know why? I haven't had any messages to say I've done/said something wrong and this wasn't happening before. I did request that one of my threads was locked but only because the issue was sorted but responses kept popping back up.

I'm a bit worried!
