Anyone else hate the fact their little one throws up milk? I know there's a reason for it but it seems so cruel!! I';m a nightmare, my LO has only been properly sick twice since birth, other times its only like a teaspoon and sometimes she's not sick at all.
Also, if your LO throws up, and they seem hungry after, would you give them more milk? This may sound like a ridiculous question. I figure they've thrown up for a reason, normally because they've had too much? In which case they wouldn't need more...???

My bubs will spit up from time to time. Yes, sometimes it's because he's too full and had enough, but other times he's got gas and that's why he spits up and is still hungry. Sometimes I'll feed him more, sometimes not. I'll offer it to him, but if he refuses I don't push it at all. I did read that they actually spit up a very tiny amount of actual milk, because it's combined with saliva and other fluids. So don't worry that baby isn't getting nutrition if he's a spitter.

A little spitting up is normal, but if your LO is rejecting the entire feeding time and time again, I'd suggest that you contact your pediatrician... your LO may need a different type of formula that doesn't agitate.
